Terms and Conditions

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with the item received, you may return it within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused, unopened in the original packaging. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the item. We charge a 10% re-stocking fee. Please contact Nappy Obsession before returning an item.  

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.

After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.


The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.


Shipping is a flat rate of $5 with Post Haste or Castle Parcels. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery. If the item you have ordered is out of stock, Nappy Obsession will order this product and get this to you ASAP. If there is a delay, Nappy Obsession will contact you.

We do not ship outside of New Zealand.

Delivery Times

We aim to process your order within 2 business days following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking may not be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 4 days for delivery domestically.


All pricing is in New Zealand dollars. We prefer payment by bank deposit. Please quote your order number when making a payment. 

Online banking may not clear until the following day, we will then post the item.

Lay-By payments must be made via bank deposit.

Layby Terms:

New Release items are excluded from lay-by for the first 7 days following our release time. 

Sale items can be put on layby unless otherwise stated.

We do not offer Lay-by on pre-order items. 

We require a 20% deposit for all laybys. This payment must be made by bank deposit within 24 hours of your order. Failure to make a 20% deposit within this time may result in your layby being cancelled. This deposit is considered your first payment. 

If you decide to cancel a layby, no money will be returned to you, but you will be issued with a store credit for the amount of payments made less an administration fee of $10. If we do not receive communications from you regarding a lay-by, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the lay-by in time and storage fees.

Items can be added to your layby at anytime. Just type this in the comments section with your layby order number. Make your order as normal but please choose the option to layby.  We will send you an email with payment plan details.

We ask that your layby is paid off within 4 weeks with regular payments. Payments can be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly with the amount and frequency that suits you. If you require a longer layby term, please ask as we may be able to arrange this.

Layby period for Sale items is also 4 weeks.
